I coach from having done it myself: I'm not working from a case study, I'm coaching from inside my own leap, right now, with the fear still fresh rather than safely resolved and retold. I hold an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching (AOEC, ICF accredited) and am a Hogan Certified Coach.

This isn't advice from the outside: I've led significant negotiations with Works Councils and Employee Representative bodies to drive change in fast-moving, tightly regulated environments; led the people side of major M&A integrations; designed and built operating models from scratch so organizations have the structures and ways of working to achieve their goals; and led large-scale cultural transformations inside some of Europe's biggest organizations.
